Arne Quinze is fascinated by rhythms and the dynamic energy he comes across in society and nature's complexity surpassing all human understanding. His installations generate the sentiment of estrangement because of its electric red/orange colour but at the same this plays at the primal emotions of curiosity and astonishment.

He envisioned an installation representing the frozen movement going through the threes accentuating the element of nature in this park. Inhabitants from all over the city will meet under the sculpture's shadow as they are attracted to the sculpture by it’s colour, size, shape and story.

The size and impact of the sculpture can't be neglected and this has an effect on the urban and architectural context of the environment. It generates movement and creates a pedestrian float of people.

Arne Quinze has a predilection for the old days when people were still talking to each other on public squares. This SCULPTURE is a way to revive that spirit by bringing people back together and generating movement and social interaction. They will be attracted to explore this surreal experience of the shadow and sunlight shining through the fixed pillars during the day. At night time lights installed at the bottom of the fixed pillars will create the effect of life and movement in the sculpture.
